About

I grew tired of the system. Tired of watching my neighbors, my friends, my family die because they couldn’t afford the medicine that would save their lives. Tired of the endless headlines of people rationing insulin, skipping treatments, and choosing between rent and survival. Tired of shouting into the void while CEOs, board members, and shareholders turned our suffering into yachts and summer homes.

My name is Luigi Mangione. I acted because I couldn’t stand by and watch the suffering anymore. But this isn’t about me. It’s about us. It’s about a future where lives matter more than stock prices. And I promise you, I will not let my trial—or my fate—be the end of this fight. Let it be the beginning.

I know what I’ve done. I know the weight of it, and I’ll carry it. But this isn’t just about one man—me—or Brian Thompson. He was a symptom, not the disease. The disease is the system that rewards greed over care, exploitation over compassion. He was just another cog in the machine of cruelty—a machine built by insurance companies, pharmaceutical giants, and the politicians who’ve allowed them to flourish unchecked.

Don’t misunderstand me: I’m not asking for your pity or forgiveness. I made my choice, and I knew the consequences. What I am asking is this—if you believe that my trial must happen, then let’s not stop with me. Demand that every CEO, every board member, and every decision-maker who denied care in the name of profits stand trial, too. Let their balance sheets be exposed alongside the medical bills of those they condemned to die. Let their bonuses be measured against the lives they destroyed.

I don't need to be your hero. But i do deserve a fair trial. And if you believe what I believe—that this system kills more people every day than I ever could—then don’t stop at me. March. Organize. Demand that the people in power—the ones truly responsible for the carnage—be held accountable. Let them know this isn’t just about one man’s actions. It’s about a nation’s desperation.

If I’m to stand before a jury, then so should they. If my actions are judged, then so must theirs be. The blood of thousands is on their hands, and it’s time we stop pretending that wealth and power grant them immunity from justice.

This system—this machine—will keep grinding people into dust unless we, the people, rise and demand change. Not in whispers. Not in polite petitions. But in a roar so loud that it shakes the very foundations of their boardrooms.

To those in power, hear me now: the people are watching, and the people are done waiting. Justice isn’t coming. Justice is here.

🔥 FIREFRONT MOVEMENT: OCCUPY FOR JUSTICE 🔥
IT’S TIME TO HOLD INSURANCE CEOS, BOARDS, AND THE SYSTEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR MURDER.

Too many lives have been lost to wrongful claim denials. Families destroyed. Futures stolen—all for corporate greed. We demand change, accountability, and justice!

Our Demands:

  1. Fair trials for all CEOs and board members of major insurance companies responsible for wrongful denials that led to deaths.
  2. Legislation to hold insurance companies criminally accountable, ensuring they face murder charges when false claim denials result in death.
  3. A simplified and transparent appeals process for denied claims, with strict timelines and penalties for failure to comply.
  4. An end to the profit-over-people system that has hijacked healthcare in this country.

We cannot allow greed to continue dictating who lives and who dies. It’s time to rewrite the rules and put human lives above corporate bonuses.

JOIN US IN ALL 50 STATES to occupy the epicenters of power in every major city. Together, we will demand action and show that the people’s voices are louder than their profits.
